OneDrive bug: The tag present in the reparse point buffer is invalid.

This error comes up when modifying files during OneDrive’s sync process and a random trigger can cause the files to corrupt leading to this error.

Run a chkdsk C: /f /r

Shouldn’t take very long to finish depending on your system and drive size.

Once you log back in from the chkdsk process you should now be able to modify your files.
